So I kind of intimated earlier this week that I go nuts sometimes when I’m running. To psych myself up. Anyway. This is ‘my song.’ I can’t see why it’s not hailed universally as the greatest thing ever. It is. “For Reverend Green” literally makes me see stars and little shiny black spots. Maybe it triggers an epileptic fit in me. I don’t know why, but it fucks up all my shit.

music recommendations which focus on energy, inspiration and passion. music is more than music.

Ideally this blog should contain smart and detailed reviews filled with explications/interpretations/criticisms making use of a well-educated mind in the history of indie/punk/and otherwise alternative music or what is left of it, a trained ear in localizing the fine nuances which make a certain record the record it is, and theories of how a certain record connect to music-/youth- or culture as such. However, unfortunately, I don't have the time for that. Some might also argue that I lack some of the characteristics mentioned above ;)
Thus, the blog is destined to contain rather short reviews, or better, recommendations of records which I find remarkable in a sense. Remarkable it can be in many senses, for instance its passion, its energy, its wit, its way of connecting to you and me, or that it has something important to tell us in its own way.
